About

Built from inside the transaction.

VerifyShield Aviation creates independent, cryptographically anchored proof of what aircraft closing documents were at the moment they were executed — and maintains that record through ownership. It was built on a career spent inside residential real estate transactions, mortgage lending, and the data systems organizations rely on to hold their records.

Why VerifyShield Exists

The record has a gap.

Between the moment an aircraft transaction funds and the moment the FAA records it, there is an interval in which the executed documents have no independent verification. That interval — the Digital Dark Window — is brief in principle and variable in practice, and it is precisely when a document's integrity is least observable and most consequential.

Title research addresses the past. It establishes what the public record showed; it cannot speak to whether the document in the file today is the document that was signed at closing. VerifyShield was built to address that distinct question — not by replacing title, escrow, or counsel, but by proving, independently and permanently, what each critical document was at the moment of execution.

The Experience Behind It

A career in transactions, lending, and systems.

Craig Broussard · Managing Principal · VerifyShield Aviation

VerifyShield Aviation was founded in 2026 by Craig Broussard, who has spent a career inside the mechanics of transactions and the systems that record them.

For more than a decade he worked inside residential real estate transactions and mortgage lending at BrokerNet Financial — taking deals through escrow and closing, originating and processing loans, and investing in and rehabilitating property. It was there that the recording gap became familiar: the routine distance between a signed instrument and its appearance in the public record, and the exposure that lives inside that distance.

He then spent fourteen years at Mobiigo, deploying data, CRM, and content systems — the infrastructure side of how organizations capture, hold, and reconcile their own records at scale.

VerifyShield Aviation brings those two threads together: a firsthand understanding of how closings and public recording actually work, applied through cryptographic infrastructure to the one asset class — aircraft — where a federal registry, a documented recording gap, and high-value, long-held assets make independent proof matter most.

What We Hold To

We prove only what can be proven.

VerifyShield proves document integrity and temporal anchoring. It does not opine on title, ownership, enforceability, lien priority, or the outcome of any transaction, and it is not a substitute for title insurance, escrow services, or legal counsel.

That perimeter is deliberate. The value of an independent record depends on its restraint — on a reader being able to see, quickly and exactly, what the record claims and what it does not. We would rather prove one thing completely than imply several things loosely. That discipline is the company.
