Document Integrity Infrastructure for Aviation Transactions

Your aircraft documents have no independent proof.

Every closing depends on documents that can be altered, lost, or disputed. VerifyShield creates a permanent Cryptographic Anchor for the records that matter — so any party can prove what existed, when it existed, and that it has not changed.

Title companies protect the past — VerifyShield secures the future.

01 — The Gap

Millions move on the closing file.
Nothing independent proves what that file was.

Aircraft transactions involve complex regulatory filings and documents that pass through many hands. When a question surfaces — months or years later — there is no independent, tamper-evident record of what was signed and when.

01

The Document Problem

PDFs can be altered. Email threads can be disputed. Storage logs belong to vendors — not to you.

02

The Responsibility Gap

Attorneys, brokers, escrow officers, and family offices carry professional responsibility for a file with no independent record behind it.

03

The Verification Void

Aviation has no standard, independent way to confirm that a document is the document. The gap is structural.

02 — Services

Two services. One standard of proof.

Anchor at closing. Continuity through ownership.

One-time · At closing

VerifyShield Anchor

Creates the Zero-Hour Anchor for the executed closing file and issues the Certificate of Integrity. The proof is permanent and independently verifiable — confirming a document requires no account and no continuing relationship with VerifyShield.

How the Anchor works
Optional annual program

VerifyShield Continuity

Maintains the Continuous Integrity Record through the ownership period, supporting additional Cryptographic Anchors as new document events occur. Continuity is the core recurring product — annual program, not a subscription.

Includes Sentry, the registry-visibility module that provides periodic awareness of FAA Aircraft Registry activity on your behalf — new filings, ownership changes, lien recordings — detected and reported as they occur in the public record. Registry Status Reports, Event Notices, and the Annual Continuity Report issued with the Certificate of Continuous Integrity.

When nothing changes, Continuity confirms the silence — so you never have to wonder.

About Continuity & the Continuous Integrity Record
03 — How It Works

From closing to permanent proof.

01

Anchor at Closing

We generate a Digital Fingerprint of each critical document at the moment of execution. This Zero-Hour Anchor becomes the permanent baseline.

02

Independent Verification

Anyone holding the Certificate of Integrity can confirm a document against its Digital Fingerprint — no account required, and no reliance on VerifyShield's word.

03

The Record, Maintained (optional)

VerifyShield Continuity extends the Continuous Integrity Record through the ownership period and documents public-record registry activity in scheduled written reports.

By design

VerifyShield never holds your documents. We generate the Digital Fingerprint; the source file never leaves your control. VerifyShield is an independent technology provider — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or trade association.

Your documents stay in your hands. The proof stays independent of everyone — including us.

05 — Perimeter of Protection

What we do not do.

VerifyShield is not a substitute for title insurance, escrow services, or transaction counsel. We do not search historical records for prior liens, opine on legal sufficiency or enforceability, or determine title or ownership. Those functions remain with title companies, escrow agents, and qualified aviation attorneys.

Our scope of proof is precise: independent cryptographic proof of document integrity and temporal anchoring — not content accuracy, signature validity, or legal effect. Title research addresses the past. VerifyShield secures independent proof for the future of the document.
